By using Cine Marathi you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or mobile application.
2. The service
Cine Marathi provides professional networking tools for the Marathi entertainment industry, including profiles, a professional directory, and casting-call / opportunity listings. It is a digital membership / software networking service. It is not a movie streaming, ticketing, adult, gambling, NGO donation or physical-goods marketplace.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and for activity under your credentials. Registration uses email verification.
4. Content and conduct
You are responsible for information you post. Do not submit illegal, misleading, infringing or harmful content, or harass other members.
5. Casting calls
Production listings may require admin approval before they are public. Cine Marathi does not guarantee jobs, castings, or collaboration outcomes.
6. Payments and membership
Paid offerings on Cine Marathi are digital membership or related networking features. Premium Membership on the website is a digital service fee for the professional networking platform. It is not a charity donation, movie purchase or ticket. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy and Pricing page for current amounts.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm other users or the service.
